Sage - Un-Installing Sage Payroll
If it becomes necessary to un-install and then re-install Sage Payroll then you will need to remove some of the Sage Payroll data files that can be left behind, that are not removed as part of the un-install.
Browser the following locations and delete any Sage Payroll related files, and especially payroll.ini
- c:\Windows
- c:\Program Files\Sage Payroll
- c:\ProgramData\SAge\Payroll
- c:\users\<user name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Windows
- c:\users\<user name>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files
