WOL may stop working on some Windows 10 PCs even the BIOS is correct alongwith the network card driver and advanced power saving options.  This can happen because of the Windows "fast boot" option.  The best thing is to disable this by:

• Start the Control Panel
• Navigate to System Settings and them Power Options
• Click on the option for "Choose what the power buttons do"
• Click on "Change settings that are currently unavailable"
• Disable the "Turn on fast startup (recommedned)"
